Ok guys, what I thought would work out isnt so far. Is it my pitching or my hitting? Howard is hitting like .180, and Victorino at .152. I know that is not helping, but the rolls on those guys lean toward the pitchers cards.
Do I need to change some of my pitchers? Lester and Weeks have done ok, but get no support.

You are in a homerun park with no homerun hitters. Pitching is not the problem as a 4.50 era is good. You just don't score runs to keep up.

Agree with chasenally; you built a pitcher's park team for a hitter's park that has another two hitter's parks in your division.
The relief corps may give you fits, of course, particularly with a bunch of specialists (both Romero and Shouse seems like overkill). You spent a lot on your front line starters and you'll need to ride them to death. That can be hell on a starter's ERA in a hitter's park. If the season hadn't started, I'd have said don't mix four days rest with five. It's not economically efficient, but now that you're there I'm not sure I'd advise looking for two more * pitchers (preferably lefties with low BP HRs against lefties) whose value is maximized in Yankee Stadium) and dropping Harden, Chamberlain and Peavy (all of whom are fine for your park). That's a lot of money down the drain.
I'm often wrong, but it's likely worth trying something drastic. I'm not convinced it's the rolls on this one.

You are paying a premium for two SP* pitchers for no reason. Trade them for better value cards and then find a slugger.

So Rant........here are the two LH SP* lefties available who are strong against lefties. Would you recommend dropping Harden, Chamberlain, or Peavey to get them?
