Relying on 2 good but injury prone catchers

I'm sure that this sort of lateral thinking has been utilized before, but it's been 3-4 years since I last played hereabouts, back when Sporting News ran the thing.

Rajai Davis will, indirectly, get a lot of PAs when (not if) either Ruiz or Grandal get hurt. Such that Grandal is the primary DH both ways. In case of injury to either catcher, Willingham moves from LF to DH, Davis becomes the LF.
btw, if the above link doesn't work, I could use a quick seminar about how to actually, y'know, make the link work.
