Cards for next Year

I once read here (I think) that if a SP gets 9 or more starts he will be carded next year. Cueto has 11 starts and 60.2 IP. He had a great year stats wise until he was pounded by the Pirates and their fans in the post season that is. Will he get a card? The Reds only have 4 guys with more starts and the 4th only has 18.

I think it is a combination of starts, innings pitched, and the rest of the team.

Baltimore has 8 starters with 7 or more games started. Someone or two may be left out.
Arizona has 7 starters with 7 or more games started and Skaggs may be left out
Oakland has only 6 starters with 7 or more (actually 10 but you get the idea) so Sonny Gray will be in the set.

look at team rosters the number of pitchers varies from 12 to 16 if I am not mistaken.

Also, figure anyone with 5 or less starts, who was also pitching in relief, will be set as a RP only for the online game.

Having played less than 2 months wondering if Arod will be in regular set or in the unleashed set?
Also wondering what his card will look like. Fielding rating? Every day injury prone guy or did his offensive splits cause one to anticipate a platoon. Numbers look like he will be +R balance card.

I'm pretty certain even one start will get that pitcher a SP/RP rating.

ARod had over 150 AB and has had a card for years so I'm sure he will get a card. If so he will likely be an injury 5 or so.
