pitcher use question

In my online SOM league, we've finished 21 games, and my top right-handed reliever has not been used a single time. Any suggestions on how I can get the system to use him?

What are your settings? Just ramp him up and out -- set him as setup, closer, tied and [whenever].

And set your closer usage to "Regular" (if he's your closer) and your relief usage to "Aggressive."
