I was looking over some of my championship teams from the past year and I found this championship team from last year's set: http://onlinegames.strat-o-matic.com/team/822821

No one had more than 79 RBI or runs scored and the team leader had 14 HR. Who needs the long ball?

I have been really lucky lately, I guess it is true that it is better to be lucky than good.

Looks like a classic pitchers park team to me. Well done!

Pretty good run differential. May have overachieved a little based on the great team save % and bullpen record. Have to agree with previous posters. Pretty solid team despite the lack of all stars on offense.

Seven batters with 100 or more strikeouts, but, not a home-run hitting team. How unusual.

Thanks for the comments guys. I think this team got really lucky, but they were solid other than the power numbers. I think the Strat -O-Matic Gods like me, they really like me! I better not make them angry!

Try one with 8 and Escobar just missed with 94. Best record, so of course I got bounced by the wild card in the Semis.
