I actually asked SOM a couple of days ago if they were going to make the 2001-2006 seasons available for online play. They responded:

Which of course flies in the face of what they said before and during the migration from TSN to SOM....

Hi Fred,

Thank you for the suggestion. Although there are a few dedicated users who would like to see them, they were among the least played sets at The Sporting News and unfortunately as of this time there are no plans to add back those seasons.

odd answer since 1969 was played WAAAYYYY more than 1986 and we still don't have our '69 game back.

I can't comment on the 1969 league because I've never played it. However, I've played in 6 1986 leagues in the past 7 months, so there is a substantial demand for and solid fan base of that set.

yep. the '69 league had a good following too. I'm going by the time period when both were offered at TSN. There were definitely more '69 leagues than '86 leagues
