Unleashed?

Somewhat new to SOM On-line. What is the difference between .....2013 and 2013u, which is unleashed? Thanks to anybody that can clarify !

The u stands for unleashed. It contains a handful of additional players who had cards in the set but not enough playing time to be considered worthy of the main set. Generally these are cards that are based on insufficient sample size that have cards reflecting stats that certainly would not be produced if that player had played a full season. But will be reproduced by the strat card.
Prior to the unleashed feature there was always a debate following the release of each 200x online game this player or that player should or should not have been included. Having those cards included in an unleashed set helps lessen that debate.

Just a thought marginally in line with topic.
Among those who play a lot of the 200x games what percentage of leagues would you say are unleashed?
Or maybe put another way if I create a league how much does my decision to designate it as leashed or unleashed impact how long it takes to fill?
