Send an email to onlinegamesupport@strat-o-matic.com.

Tell them the account names involved. Provide them a phone number to call you on. They probably will transfer the credits once you prove both accounts belong to you.

RB,
SOM posted on FB that the offices are closed Thurs and Fri, and guessing the weekend too. So don't be alarmed if you don't see anything for a few days. Give them time, they are usually spot on with stuff like this.

My nephew bought me some credits over the holidays but he put them in an old account that my Father and I once shared. I would like to see if I can have them transferred to my newer account.

We have had a couple players in the family in the past but now I am basically the only one still playing...

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice! :D

Great gift

Stratomatic made a mistake in shipping. I have been unable to get any response from them them on e-mail (I have sent 2 different messages over 2 days), and their phone system hangs up on me.
I think 2 days with no written response about a wrong order, and no way to reach by phone, is pretty abysmal customer service.
I’m leaving this message here because I simply can’t get through to them. Any ideas?
