How do you handle Injuries?

I having a few stars this year with high injury ratings, was wondering if its worth sitting them when I can manipulate the lineup to limit the odds of getting injured or my just wasting a game they could play. It was a lot easier h2h with injuries with complete control.
one little check box remove from game up or down by 7 would help!

I try to, but with HAL one never knows, One other ting you can do too, which A) was easier to do in the FTF game and B) not sure how well HAL will handle it, is have them bunt. There's no injuries on the bunt chart.

Like I said, it's tough in the online game. but in FTF, if you were up, you could have them bunt as opposed to pulling them if you wanted to keep them in the game. Unfortunately there is no, "bunt in late innings when ahead to avoid injury" setting.

I play them every game I am able to and hope for the best to avoid injuries. Once I clinch a playoff spot (not home field advantage but just a playoff spot) I bench them and hope HAL doesn't use them in a game to get injured for the playoffs.

If you don't maximize their playing time you aren't getting their full value and therefore they are not worth having on your team in my opinion.

I have used the remove for defensive replacement option to try and protect injury prone players.

Suck it up and let you scrubs play. IF you're that worried put less of your cap into the starting lineups and get better backups.
