How is Jose Altuve doing in your new leagues? He looks like he is priced as if he were a 2B-2 instead of a 2B-3. I am wondering if he even goes undrafted in many 80 million dollar leagues? Any information or links would be greatly appreciated..... I hate seeing one of the fun cards in the set being so overpriced that it seldom get's used in 80 million dollar leagues. Is this the case with Altuve?

Looks like people are drafting him. I think he's overpriced although he is on one of my teams. .341 is attractive! :geek:

.358 .406 .478 .884, 4 HR, 23 2B's, 18 for 22 in steals

fielding 73 for 98 with 10 errors

1st string all-star and silver slugger at 2B

In Turner, not my team. Belongs to division leader at the 1/3 point, after 54 games.

54 G / 231 AB / 30 R / 10 2B / 2 3B / 2 HR / 29 RBI / 17-7 SB-CS
.329 .343 .416

Seems pricey, the defense is underwhelming, but it's still the 2nd best 2B card of the season.

Initial 2014 set regular seasons ended last night. Altuve final numbers

G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI BB SO SB CS AVG OBA SLG OPS
CHI 162 722 117 227 42 7 8 47 31 91 45 11 .314 .347 .425 .772
X Total 173
X Out 124

Don't know how these compare to Cano's numbers, I would use him again.

722 ab, 117 r, 227 h, 42 dbl, 7 -trp, 8 hr, 47 rbi, 91- so ,45 sb,11 cs, .314 ba, .347 obp, .425 slg

Would he be a good leadoff hitter vs right handers even though he is a 4L. Thanks for your help.

Well he doesn't walk much so his OBA wasn't that great against RHB, but his speed may compensate for that. Hard to tell since they do not give a L/R breakdown of runs scored and SBs.
