LOTO 2015...

If anyone here knows what this is, please tell me. I read about it in a magazine for psychics in an ARIZONA metaphysical bookstore. Then I got a reading from an expensive psychic and they told me to look for stratomatic.com So whats a LOTO? So I got a team and I'm trying to figure this stuff out.
