For the recent problems SOM should give One free credit, to all who had teams going yesterday, and that would really smooth everything over!

Seems like a big over reaction for a minor problem

TSN would have given us one free credit per active team.

I'd love a free credit, but my real concern is that this is not over yet. These guys are not exactly the best computer techs in the biz. They still haven't fixed the 83 Rickey Henderson card or the more expensive Maury Wills card!

Really? They had the issue resolved within 24 hours. I remember TSN giving away one free credit per user, but only after a disruption that lasted almost a week. I wouldn't turn down a free credit, but I also don't think we've somehow earned one for having to wait an extra 12 hours.

what if I spent all night refreshing the page for 12 hours, then could I request one?

Yeah, maybe you guys are right, maybe they should raise the price of credits. Especially since giving people one free credit would cost them untold millions and not help with their image of having poor customer service.

Giving a free credit isn't going to help their "image" either IMHO, it still doesn't address the issues brought up in the suggestions thread or show that they are working on, or listening to, the many suggestions for improvements or added features that many have clamored for. If actual game outcomes were affected you'd have a point, but they saw the problem, addressed quickly, and ran the games with no lasting effect on anyones teams. I'd have liked a little more communication about it here in the forums, but they've proven time and again they don't want to address us here so that's expected at this point.

You had to wait 12 extra hours, was that really so painful??
