Support Response Time

PostWed May 27, 2015 7:39 pm

Guys,

What has been you average time to get a response via email?

I don't really contact support usually, but in the past when I have I usually get a response the next day. I've given 2 last week with no response. Wondering if I was just lucky in the past, or they are ignoring me right now?

When I recently reported the card display issue, it took a couple of days to get back to me. However, whenever I have had a more urgent issue, I always had a response within 24 hours, usually less than that.

I sent two in the last week and got no response. I sent one today, but I'm not holding my breath.

Whenever we've had league issues (i.e. someone picked an incorrect park) the response has been very quick, usually within a few hours if it would affect league results.

Recently had an issue in a league where the lineups did not display for any team in the league. Sent a message to SOM and it was fixed within hours.

I request help two to three times per year for a variety of reasons and I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for any issue to be completely resolved. I have found Customer Service to be excellent.

Same here. Had a couple of minor issues that were resolved within 24 hours.

I got responses to the e-mails I mentioned yesterday; so they're doing their job.

I guess I will send another email summarizing both and hope to get a response this time.

I've never been given a warning or anything, hopefully they aren't ignoring me

Thanks!
