Is this just the Standard Bullpen roles in the on-line game, or is this a reference to another version of the game?

The online roles are a predefined group of settings that use the CDROM game levers. Another CDROM manager sent me his take on it a few years ago. I simmed about a dozen games in the CDROM game (using the same lineups and dice rolls/splits, etc) and his configuration of the SUPER HAL bullpen was almost identical move for move.
