2007u - 2014u Franchise League - CATom DRAFTING

Looking to create a competitive league with friendly managers ;-)

Rules:
$100M Cap
Each manager selects one franchise
Must play in your franchise's stadium
20% drop penalty
Waivers
DH
All MLB teams available
Draft order decided by randomizer - will request from ATG thread.

For the auto-draft, a player belongs to the franchise that they played the most carded years for (ties broken by top priced card, then by PA/IP)

Only cards for your franchise can be used on your team:
Example Jose Reyes, NYM '07-'11, MIA '12, TOR '13-'14;
Only the NYM can have him on their AD.
Only the NYM, MIA, and TOR can pick him up from the waiver pool post AD. His '07, '08, '09, '10, '11 cards can only be used by the NYM

Trades are allowed but must meet the franchise rule, i.e. if the NYM have Reyes on the roster, he can only be traded to MIA or TOR. MIA and TOR would be limited to the Reyes card that is for their franchise. MIA could NOT USE any Reyes card except for '12. In return the NYM would need to receive a player carded for the NYM.

Include me in, Rob. I think I'd prefer waivers, DH, but would go with majority on full MLB vs. just one league. Question: two people want same franchise (or three, or more)........how's that handled? I'd hope we'd have some good competition in here - Radagast B and I could be going head to head in a bit in an '86 showdown. That's a very, very good card set for competition! To say nothing of the Keeper League that knows no end!

:lol:

Question: Assigning players to the franchise they played the most years for makes sense. But how do you break ties? What if a player played for 1 team from 2007 - 2010, then another team 2011 - 2014.. That's 4 seasons for each team. What is the tie breaker?
