league invalid - some unleashed cards missing

$100 million cap/DH/waivers/ 20% drop
There are 75 unleashed cards in this set, the league will require each team to have 6 unleashed cards all season (72 total, leaving 3 as FA ). They can't be dropped, only traded for another unleashed card. No other restrictions (except, of course, that unleashed players other season cards aren't available)
I've separated out 12 6 player teams. There are only 10 unleashed pitchers, so 2 teams will have an extra unleashed batter. I tried to balance it out position wise, viable platoons (a lot of Catchers), and $$ wise (range from about $26.5 million to $28.5). Teams chosen by randomizer.
