Refers to Greek myth of Sisyphus(sp?) who is doomed to roll a boulder up a hill only to have it roll back down just before it reaches the top.

I see - sort of like Lucy always yanking the football away from Charlie Brown as he runs up to kick it?

I wouldn't have thought the Wrigley faithful would have appreciated their team being called sissys!!!
