Can not answer trade questions like this in a vacuum. Need to know the make up of the teams, who is "going for it" who is building, how high the draft pick is. etc

I like Mesoraco, one of the few catchers with power. So, if it's at all close, I would not do it, ie I'd have to be blown away to trade him

I agree - it's fuzzy would confirm it was an actual offer.
