Dungeons and Dragons

New interview with Hal Richman posted this morning at https://www.facebook.com/StratOMaticGames/

He said that "Dungeons and Dragons was created by Strat-O-Matic people."

No love for our standard online game, though. He and the interviewer raved about the board game and the computer version, and then also promoted the new daily online game.

Not a single mention of the cash cow that we all feed here in the standard online game :cry:

Interesting on the D&D thing, I played AD&D pretty hard core in the late 80's and early 90's, nowadays it's limited to the computer, if that even counts.

I certainly can see a correlation, using dice and charts to simulate real world actions is at the core of both games.

As for the no comment on the online game, we've always known we were the bastard step children of the Strat community. :roll:
