What is the cut off time for a league filling?

Posted: Tue Mar 08, 2016 11:01 pmI think what Steve means is, if a league fills at a certain time on a certain day it effects the outcome of the day waivers will fall on. I believe after 11:00pm they don't run the draft til the next morning, meaning the waivers will not run til two days later...... I hope this helps...
