Is there any way to access teams from back in 2001-2005 to see my team, division and who I played against?

Underneath Your Active Teams, below the "Start a New Team" box, you can see "Your Recently Completed Teams". Directly to the right of that is a small link that says Archive of Your Older Completed Teams > (in green).

Click on the link and it takes you to all your previously completed teams/seasons.

Thank you J Pav. It only shows my most recent teams, 2014-2015 not the ones from 2001-

It does show my team records for the years from 2001-2005 but can't access the league or the team. Hhhmmm
