To answer your specific question, no, as far as I am aware, there is no accumulated fatigue.
This said, from the sample I look, I have seen your two main relievers throw at lower F state a few times. So I think that it could explain some of Manship bad luck. If you have set them to not be removed before they reach a certain F-state, then you can't avoid that they have some throws at a lower F-state. Whenever I have a pitcher set to not be removed before F8, I always set them at quick hook and aggressive bullpen, and even then, I will have once a while my pitcher go as low as F3-F2 before being relieved.
This said, only bad luck explains why you have Volquez and Ray at such high percentage of hitters rolls.
The way I see your team, though, there is more than bad luck that affects your team. First, having Ross and Sanchez as spot starters is quite expensive. In 80M league, if you are to hire two 2M starters, they must pitch in my opinion close to 29-30starts, maybe a bit less if they face a strong ratio, say 70% on their good side. But with your team, they face a ratio of 45%-55% and they are heading for roughly 20 starts for the full season. In that situation, I prefer to have cheaper cards like 9R De la Rosa and spend my money elsewhere on the field.
Volquez seems to be a bad pick, since he faces up to 60% of lefty bats. A strong 5L would be a better fit.
Offensively, the lack of on a on-base guy hurts your team., especially vs rhp. Some platoons are not the best fit in my opinion. I have McCann on many teams, but I always pair him with a strong hitting catcher who is 4R+ And who is defensive weak, so that McCann contributes not only vs lhp,but also as a defensive replacement. Otherwise, I find it hard to justify his salary in a 80M league.Wieters has a good card vs lhp, and he's defensively sound. And Baker is too weak, both offensively and defensively, to be the matching pair with Gonzalez. In fact, as a 9th hitter, except perhaps very few exceptions, I would use Gonzalez over Baker vs lhp. He is stronger defensively, which is the main thing I look for for a 9th hitter, he's likely to have an at-bat, maybe two, vs a right-handed reliever, and when this happens, he will contribute more offensively than Baker, and he still has some BP HR vs lhp, a nice fit with your stadium.
