New 2016 Pre-Card Draft Leagues_Format Change

I was hoping to be one of the replacements in the 2016 Pre-card draft league, but it did not happen. So, I have decided to start one myself using the same parameters. By signing up you will be committing to 2 pre-card drafts in which you can't draft any of the same players in the 2nd draft that you picked in the 1st draft. Once the league is filled we will start the draft in the ILC.

As usual, YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR 2 DRAFTS. You CANNOT draft ANYONE you drafted in the 1st draft.

I felt the same way- wanted to get in and was just about to start another pre-card with a 120 mil cap or 200mil- it makes the draft really important. With the 100 mil the draft isn't as critical as everyone will be at 100mil at the end anyway. I don't want to start another- rather just join your start-up. Would you consider a 120 cap or 200 cap?

The League will consist of just one season (No longer 2 seasons) and the Salary Cap will be $120 mm.
