Precard keeper league needs owner

HCKL (Hard Core Keeper League) has been going strong for 10+ years and we will start our 2017 FA draft next weekend. We did have one owner bow out this year, so if you are interested, please contact me via PM.

Some details:
- we play 2 seasons per year, 1 in Feb when cards drops and 1 in June/July
- FA draft before cards come out, usually in 1st 2-3 weeks of January, sometimes in early Feb, Supplemental draft after Season 1 in May/June
- 5 rounds of prospect drafts per year, 3 in spring and 2 in summer. Anyone eligible (Japan, Cuba, etc) as long as they have not appeared yet in MLB
- Mostly unlimited, only hitters with less than 80 PA and more than $7.5M salary are out, all Cs and Ps are in no matter salary
- I won't abuse it but I am requiring mobile phone info on all owners so we can keep drafts moving via text
- No required drops for FA drafts

As you can see from the rules & the league name, this league is intended to give owners as much of a free rein as possible to build teams as they see fit. I don't like to force parity via rules, I prefer to do that via vetting the owners coming in - willing to consider new guys if they have extensive cards & dice experience but would love to get a really strong vet.
