Jeep's Real MLB 2-Team Lg - Full - Draft in ILC

This is a 2 team league, which means each Owner will pick two MLB Franchises along with a couple of supplemental players. The 4 Rounds will be as below:
Round 1 - Pick franchise
Round 2 - Pick franchise, In reverse order as Rd 1
Round 3 - Pick one player from 6 franchises not picked in the first two rounds. For fairness this round will be same order as Round 2.
Round 4 - Pick second player from the 6 not picked teams. Same order as Rd 1.

Particulars/Rules:
* 4 Round Live Draft
* 2016u cards/$100mil cap
* DH/Frenzy/5% Throughout/Random Divisions
* Park from 1 of your 2 core teams
* Randomizer will determine draft order
* Trading: Each Owner can make one (1) trade prior to start of season. One is absolute max and no trading once games begin.
* TWO Hour T.L. on picks beginning in Round 2. (10am-11pm) Please, do not sign up if you cannot check the boards on a regular basis. Weekend of 8/19: What I'd like to do is something that has worked well in the past. A 6-Hour clock for the Weekend. If there's any objections, I'll scrap this idea. It helps in the draft not completely closing down.
