Has anyone had a cheap pitcher throw a no hitter? Josh Smith (.84) just did it for me in yankee stadium. What are the odds??

Here is a combined no-hitter with Keuchel (.92) as the starter, he went 6 IP with no BBs while striking out 7. They were one HBP away from a perfect game.
