Took a look at expected out totals on my teams and they ranged from about 800 to 900. So take the middle of that..850
So .85 (top defensive team)=723/850
.8. (Very good)=680
.75 (good)=638
.7 (mediocre)=595
.65 (bad)=553
.6 (very bad)=510

Thought maybe this gives a more picture of the effect of defense.
