Salary Creep

I know the game is due out soon, but has anyone else noticed the salary creep on the cards year after year.
as 100 mil becomes more standard, my guess is they are trying to balance it for between 80 and 100 mil, so the 100 mil teams aren't overloaded. But it's really been making 80 mil harder. In fact, even 90 mil teams have started to feel tight, compared to years past. My fav for 2016 was 92 mil, it felt right.
I hope it doesn't continue to creep upwards, or maybe it's just me?

I actually think it's gotten about right. Most leagues I played, the league ERA was reasonably close to the MBL avg of 4.19.
Of course, when I watch a MLB game, I almost always root for the pitchers (on BOTH sides!), I assume most people like hitting so I'm in the minority here

Just you, there is no power creep. Every year I total up the teams 25 man price, as my league plays with the league average. It's around the same every year.

I think it might be fun if the players real yearly salary were used. And, the real salary cap (limit with no tax I guess)

Can't imagine many would draft a $23,000,000 current day Joe Mauer

There are plenty of CDROM leagues that do exactly this. I'm in one, and it's kind of fun. And Mauer will be cut for sure

Pretty sure that the salaries continue to be built to the 80 mil standard....
