Yes, this is an ongoing league I do several times a year. A lot of seasoned Owners in the core group. Rules Below:

DH/Waivers/Random/Prog Drops/Any Park

2 Rules:
1. Team name should fit Crazy Eights Theme
2. Whomever lands 8th spot in waivers will get to name their first waiver pick, with no one else being able to claim him. So essentially the 8th spot is the 1st spot.
