One Q: Notice J. Fernandez. Must be a player from a non-picked Franchise. Do I keep him, or do the Owners have a draft to re-pick a player?

You can keep any player on roster, plus any Giants rookie carded in '15 (minimum 15, max - 25, which is Strat max for drafting). We've been playing each season starting with '86, when there wasn't a Marlins franchise. There have been many trades throughout the seasons, very active bunch...
