Clean Up League Directory

Give the players back their credits and give them the opportunity to join a league which already has several players committed. There are leagues with only the person proposing that league,....1 player, which are up there for weeks/even months!
There should be a time limit. If a league doesn't fill up in 2 weeks, delete it and return the credit. I think SOM and players will benefit as players will be given an immediate chance to switch to another 'year/product' (if necessary) and join a league which actually has a chance of being launched in the near future.
