The question is when will Chris Davis get his first hit of the season. Has there been a worse long term contact ever?

Without his roids he is nothing. The streak goes back to last year it is way more than 0 for 20

0-44 since last September. The record is 0-46 by Eugenio Valez of the Dodgers in 2011.

I think the record will be broken. Seems easy to beat. I dont get to watch him ever living where I do. He should just void his contract and move on. Would be a change for all sports

Does this include pitchers?

Pitchers
Most hitless at bats to start a career- Jon Lester 0-66
Most hitless at bats ever by a pitcher Karl Drews 1946- 47? 0-86
Most hitless in one season- Bob Buhl 1962 0-70
The worst "1" hit streak is Buhl again 1-110 1961-1963
I think these are the records but I didn't go too crazy looking it up
but as Scumby said Eugenio Velez position player 0-46
