help downloading 2020 Strat Baseball windows game

can anyone assist can't seem to download new 2020 game I bought keep getting same error message on 2 different computers

size returned 1077885307

strat tech said to shut off security app and download in different browser but still same error message

What's your internet? Are you tethering a cell phone with a laptop or are you good old fashioned hard wired to a PC tower?

Make sure you aren't using a Chromebook. Your PC must be windows based.

I posted your question on another forum, and this was the only response I got...

"He's not getting a full download. The only remedy is to figure out what is preventing the download from finishing. Almost always it is either a slow connection that is timing out or some issue with anti-virus or firewall programs."
