Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

I'm back again. Haven't done a "365" since 2015. I'm getting adapted to the things that have changed. First thing I already miss is not being able to cut down from the 25 man roster for the Waiver period. I like being able to cut the dead weight and make a move for an available Free agent. Just a new strategy that I'll have to adapt to. Back then only had to carry 23.
Any advice out there on whats changed that I'll need to figure out as I go along?

You can now draft more than 25 if you want. That allows flexibility to cut dead weigh with some drawbacks of course.
