Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

Since I'm trying to understand this game, I'm not sure if this is always allowed or simply a bug - should a pitcher who is in the starting rotation be allowed to also relieve a day before or a day after their start? Who do I contact if this is a bug?

That team doesn't even have the correct number of players. I would definitely contact strat.
