Contacting a Private League

I see a private league that I'd like to join. Is there anyway to contact the commissioner of a league to request access?

It would be a long-shot, but:

1. Search the commissioner's name using the "Search" tool at the upper right of the forums. If you can find a post they have made, click on their name and send a PM.

2. Sometimes the Search tool doesn't work. 2nd option would be to scroll through the list of "Members" (upper, right also) until you find the commish. Click on their name and send a PM.

3. Hope they read PM's.

They are private for a reason

Yet some remain private and unfilled for eons (in Strat years).
