Is the salary info for the 2020 set available anywhere? If not, has there been any announcement about when the 2020 365 game will be available?

No and No.

Game usually launches early to mid March, salary info can be "unofficially" seen usually a week or so before then.

Well you can't, yet. But there is a way to change the code on a player card by changing the date to get it to see the new card and salary. Just keep checking these message boards and once the new cards are loaded for paytesting, someone will start posting card images and thus salaries. They will be unofficial though and subject to change as when this happens the game is in play test mode.
