Rookie league

I tried to setup a team in rookie league but it won't let me join one. It doesn't even give me the choice. Salary cap is 80 mil and its a 70's team. What gives with that? Not sure what I might have done wrong. I have done it before 9 or 10 other times.

Maybe you're not a "Rookie" anymore--If you're over 1000 wins that might be it.

What happens now? After this next rookie league what is the next level? I like playing the rookie league. Why can't you play it all the time?

You just have to play in regular leagues with 11 other human managers...
