include their email address in the league setup. If a prospective team owner has questions about the parameters, access to the commissioner should be included in those parameters. For some of these leagues waiting till after the draft and or waivers to get possible misinterpretation of draft rules is way too late to keep teams from drafting players not eligible to be drafted per the commissioner's guidelines.

I have contacted tech support to fix this issue by allowing the commissioner to put his email address into the league setup.
Have gotten the cookie cutter response that they are working on this.
