2021 Set * SPs

I am in my first league so I apologize if I am missing something obvious. There are 6 b* SPs in the set, I actually drafted 2 of them as a deliberate strategy for scarcity, and in the 365 league, neither of my guys Wheeler or Wainwright are seen as * starters and aren't being allowed to go every 3 days.

Is this correct? Are the ratings different for 365 than they are for the regular Strat set?
