Three errors in three consecutive plays

So, Freddy Patek pulled an extremely rare hat trick last night as he booted three consecutive gb(SS)x plays in the top of the 9th with (of course) 2 outs in this game:.

2 1 R.Burleson 5-5 1 Base Error - SS 1-2 b-1 gb(SS)x F9
SUBSTITUTION at P: Paul Siebert (L) (role: LH Specialist)
2 12 O.Gamble 4-5 1 Base Error - SS 2-3 1-2 b-1 gb(SS)x F9
2 123 T.McCarver 4-4 1 Base Error - SS 3-H 2-3 1-2 b-1 gb(SS)x F9
For those not familiar with this set, he is a 2e32, so certainly prone to errors.
Details like this are pretty hard to come by, but I don't see any evidence that this has ever happened in MLB history. In the very rare historic occurrences of 3 errors in an inning by a single player, there is almost always 2 errors on the same play (like misplaying a grounder, then throwing it away) or at least one out in between some of the errors. But, as I said, these are hard to research so maybe someone else can come up with one. Needless to say it's ultra rare....
