0 K.Lofton 5-6 Strike Out b-0 F9
1 V.Coleman 6-7 Single (CF) b-1 F9
1 1 R.Clemente 2-4 Triple (CF) 1-H b-3 F9
1 3 M.Teixeira 6-2 Sac Fly & Error - LF 3-H b-3 fly(LF)x F9
1 3 R.Campanella 6-7 Ground Out (2B) 3-H b-0 gb(2B)x F9
2 M.Wills 4-3 Fly Out (RF)
How can 3 runs be scored and 4 outs in 1 inning? and my LF is a 1 on defense to boot -4 arm plus only runs scored and lose 3-2

Texeira isn't an out. It's a 3 base error on your LF. He gets credited with a Sac Fly as that's what it would have been if the ball was caught.

is there somewhere I can see the fielding chart? cause a 3 base error is a 1st for me and for the fielder to be 1 is hard to understand and why not just list error ?

Here are the fielding charts
https://stratomatic365.fandom.com/wiki/ ... ing_ChartsYou say the fielder is rated a 1, but for this outcome, it's his error rating that matters, not his range.
It's not listed as just an error, because that's not how it would be scored. It would be scored as a sac fly (not an at-bat) and error that allows batter to third.

Thanks, is there a way to see what number comes up for the split card for the outcome of the play?

No. The play-by-play only shows the original dice roll. Also, it wouldn't just be a split card (20-sided die) for the fielding chart, but also another roll of 3 dice where you sum all 3 dice to see if there is an error on the play.
