Customer service down ?

HELP
Understanding their server issues I would not expect 10 days to go by and now 4 messages to customer service, 2 before outage and 2 after to go unanswered.

Their response to e-mails can be spotty. All you can do is keep trying.

I have been around this site for many years. Did strat do a great thing? Yes they did. Every time anything has ever gone wrong people jump on here screaming for credits. My guess is that they just got ahead of the complaining that was coming their way. Sorry to rain on the parade but my experience is that the mob would have been demanding it anyway so why not just give in before they get cancelled like so many other things have of late.
