Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

I've been playing Strat for 3 years now and I keep seeing statistical anomalies that don't make sense. I'm wondering how, in one half inning, a roll of 6-8 can come up three times? The odds of 3 identical rolls in an 8 roll span are quite high. The issue is that I see this often (multiple times in may games), too often to be explained by "randomness". I don't adhere to the conspiracy theories that appear on this forum occasionally so can someone clue me in on why the Strat algorithms might be repeating rolls so frequently? I appreciate any insight.
