Do relievers HAVE to face a minimum number of hitters?

I know MLB changed the rules. don't believe strat added that for 2021.
We are playing 2022 and season starts soon.

I cant find it in the rules but I swore that I saw that the newer leagues had adopted the three batter minimum for relievers.

Yes in the 2021 and 2022 seasons relievers must face a minimum of 3 hitters or finish an inning. Whichever comes first.

It seems that the
Strat Wiki page is more up to date than
SOM's rules page. According to the former, what XHowser Jr. says is true:
3-batter minimum rule for relief pitchers
We adopted the new rule that Major League Baseball implemented in 2020 that requires all relief pitchers to face at least 3 batters, or to the end of a half-inning, unless he is unable to continue due to injury.
