Draft Set-up

I am not the commish of our league, so I don't know what the set up parameters of a draft are. But we just had a draft and my god, it was slow. Certain GM's took so long to make their pick.

Is it possible to set up the draft like the NFL, where a team has X time to make a pick, and if they don't, the next team can just pick, and the team that was slow can just make their pick whenever they are ready?

We usually have no time limit for the first round, just to make sure everyone is with it. After that, we do either a 1 hour or 2 hour window 9am-9pm when your turn comes up. If you miss the window, you may fall a couple picks behind and can just pick whenever you're ready. But those true drafts take a long time, a week for us, usually.
