Would the platform allow me to have my 7 keeper teams and compete against others?

Imagine if you could spend $120 a year and play in many leagues...

who has the 411 on this ?

Also, can you cancel after 3 day trial if you dont like it, or committed to year? It doesnt specify. Not sure Im gonna like it so dont want to invest over$100
