Quick question about waiver selection...
In an Alphabet league with only last names, how is waiver rank determined considerering teams are absolutely 100% guaranteed to get all their draft card players?

I would assume it's random, BUT: I was just in a franchise league (same situation, you're gonna get everyone on your draft card) and our commissioner said waivers went in the same order that we joined the league. He didn't want that, so he asked Strat to randomize it, and they did. That seems like the fair way to do it.
