How can I tell if my trade offer was read?

I see my trade offer in my "Sent Items" mailbox, but I don't know if it was read. How can I tell?

It is my understanding that currently there is no way to tell.

Just don't expect the groupies to be around forever.........shocking as this may seem.....the fame will fade......even for this.
