Well, it depends on what you are looking for. Reyes is a way better offensive card: much better on base %, many more hits, and is quite good both ways. Aybar is terrible vs. LHP, so you might want to estimate how many lefty starters you are likely to face as that might increase the value of Reyes if you will see a lot of them. Aybar also has quite a few more gb(A) on his card, so that is something to consider in that Reyes can probably bat 1,2 or 3 if you want, but i think Aybar is more a bottom of the order guy or maybe 1st vs. RHP and 8/9 vs. LHP. (But with only 36 on-base chances his good way, he's a rather iffy leadoff guy, really) Both guys have 15 game injury potential, so they need a decent backup. Speed is basically a wash, with a slight edge to Reyes.
How is the rest of your team defense? My opinion: it's a fairly close call, but I'd really have to need a 1 at ss in order to go with Aybar over Reyes.
